Schultz Bloom Food Slow-Release Plant Food encourages rapid blooming, rich color and strong root development in all flowering and fruiting plants. It is easy to use, and does not require mixing. It is enriched with Schultz extended feed plant food that feeds continuously for up to 3 months.

How to Apply

BEDDING PLANTS AND FLOWERS: Sprinkle 1 cup evenly per 25 sq. ft. of bedding, or 1 tsp. per plant. Work into the top 1-3 inches of soil on new plantings.

ROSES: Sprinkle the recommended amount around each rose at a distance of 8-10 inches from the base of the plant. Work gently into the top 1/4 inch of soil. Deeper disturbance could injure roots.(2 ft. x 2 ft.) - 1/8 cup, (3 ft. x 3 ft.) - 1/3 cup, (4 ft. x 4 ft.) - 2/3 cup, (5 ft. x 5 ft.) - 1cup.

TREES AND SHRUBS: Spread fertilizer evenly under the drip zone (branch canopy) of each plant using the following application chart. 3 feet - 1/4 cup, 6 feet - 3/4 cup, 9 feet - 2 cups, 12 feet - 4 cups.

When to Apply

BEDDING PLANTS & FLOWERS: Feed at time of planting and repeat every 12 weeks during the growing season.

ROSE, TREES & SHRUBS: Feed in the spring after new foliage has appeared and repeat every 12 weeks during the growing season.

Where to Apply

Can be used on all blooming and fruiting plants.
